Requested a bid for patio deck stack repair, due to a fire incident. Colby came out, then never returned calls. Nikki "claimed" that the owner would review Colby's assessment; and send proposal. Again -- no show - no call, so I called today -- "Cancel my request, as I've found another vendor who wants work." I don't have an issue with someone not being interested in the work, but SAY SO - don't talk from both sides of your face. I am a large apartment community, with a bunch of commercial entities as well; and they will never get another call from my organization nor would I ever refer them. Too many vendors out there that want to work.
I've seen their work in Bethany Beach and it is excellent!
