Asked for an estimate to upgrade my panel box 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received any word. They set it up for a Friday afternoon to come look, didn't show up. Then I went home on my lunch break the following Monday and someone was sitting in my driveway. Didn't like that they showed up unannounced or to even call and let me know they were coming out. He started off by saying "are you the owner". Didn't even properly introduce himself. When I asked the guy what he was here for, with the thought they already been out, he just said "I was suppose to stop by Friday night on my way home but I forgot." As a contractor myself, I was expecting better customer service. Could've racked up more business opportunity for them.
